About the service
- Cloudealer is an online marketplace where independent sellers advertise vehicles. We are not a party to any sale and don't inspect, verify or guarantee vehicles.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over and provide accurate information. Keep your password secure. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Adverts
- Adverts must follow our Advertising Rules. We may reject, edit or remove adverts at our discretion.
Fees
- Advertising is currently offered without charge. Any future fees will be shown clearly before you commit.
Liability
- Buyers and sellers deal with each other directly and are responsible for checking vehicles, documents and payment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
